Our stay was disrupted by loud traffic noise and inconsiderate guests in adjacent rooms. The staff's dismissive attitude to our complaints left us feeling unvalued. Save your money and look elsewhere!

The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Room cleanliness left much to be desired. The noise from other guests was unbearable!!! An unwelcoming environment.

I chose this place mainly for its location, close to SeatGeek Stadium, but the experience fell short. My room was not properly cleaned, with leftover soap and unkempt surfaces. The lack of basic amenities and overall maintenance. I really think they need to focus on cleanliness and customer service to enhance guest experience.

I was given a king bed instead of the queens i booked-super thoughtful! I woudl ve been delighted with an upgrade, but apparently my request was too much for the staff. Absolutely disgraceful!

I loved enjoying the beautiful pool area and the cozy outdoor fire pit . The spa services really helped me unwind after a long trip. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times 🌟

Well, the location was decent right outside town, and I guess the hot water was quite excellent. The girl at the front desk was nice, always patient when I needed to reactivate my key card.

Wasn't exactly a bargain though, was like a bit too much for what we got.
